We started HealthCare Tech Services because too many small practices were getting the same one-size-fits-all IT plan as a coffee shop or a law office. Healthcare is not generic. Patient privacy, clinical workflows, and the legal weight of HIPAA mean technology decisions carry real consequences.
So we built something different: a relationship-focused, healthcare-only IT partner that takes the time to understand each practice before recommending a single product or change. Our clients don't need to know a thing about tech. We have it covered.

Charles Goady is the founder, President, and Chief Technology Officer of Healthcare Tech Services. He holds an MBA from Northwood University and brings decades of IT and healthcare experience, helping organizations simplify technology, strengthen security, and operate more efficiently.
Known for his practical, business-focused approach, Charles specializes in turning complex technical challenges into clear, effective solutions that support better outcomes.

He specializes in identifying opportunities to further support our clients’ needs, helping them optimize their resources to minimize quality error, and driving sales growth.
Ricki Cross
Business Office Manager
Ricki Cross serves as Business Office Manager at Healthcare Tech Services, where she helps oversee billing, financial operations, and day-to-day administrative processes.
With over 15 years of management experience, Ricki brings a strong background in accounts receivable/payable, payroll, compliance, and office operations. She is known for improving workflows, supporting team development, and ensuring accuracy across financial and operational functions.
Ricki holds a Master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University and is committed to delivering reliable, detail-driven support that helps the organization run efficiently and grow.
